Coincidence Or Something Else?

What if the world is a stage and the characters that come into your life are actors in this theatre called life? What if you had an agreement in the spiritual world with these people to come into your life at specific times to shake you up or for you to learn from the experience to grow or is it just coincidence?

A night of Gothic Brides and Spiked hair

I was invited out to a nightclub in the City of Melbourne called Zuzu’s. This place was open on Friday nights, full of people with shaven heads, mohawks, gothic brides wearing all black and so much more. I had no idea what we were going to experience. The music was an array of alternative music like ‘The Cult,’ ‘The Cure’ and plenty of slam dancing.

There was about six of us, all wearing black and we knocked on the door of the nightclub and a guy with a spiked mohawk looked at us up and down with a disgusted look and said the place was full. One of the boys who had been there before asked if we could talk to Mitch. Who the hell is Mitch I thought at the time? After a little while Mitch came to the door wearing nerdy glasses with a drink in his hand. The theme that night was ‘nerd night.’

One of the guys in our group said to Mitch “remember me from last week?’ Mitch was drunk and slurring and told us, “Come in boys!” to the disgust of the bouncer. We danced and slammed danced all night walking out sweating like pigs. What a great night! The scene was nothing like I’ve ever seen before, I just loved the music.

On Monday morning I went to a new job supervising extensions and renovations at a Cadbury factory. I walked into the site shed where two new labourers from a hire company were waiting on instructions. We got chatting and I asked one of them what he did before he was working as a labourer, we laughed when he said he was a hairdresser. I looked at the other labourer and asked him what he did beforehand, he said he was a DJ at a nightclub. For some reason a lightning bolt moment came to me. I said to him “Is your name Mitch?” he said “Yes” it was an OMG moment. I told him I was at Zuzu’s Friday night and told him the story. He laughed because he was too drunk to remember.

He said that from now on I will be VIP at Zuzu’s. The next Friday night the boys and I rocked up. Same bouncer opened the door, I said “Hi I’m Mitch’s boss” I was greeted with a huge smile and invited in and treated like royalty. The group of guys and I went every Friday night for a longtime, until they had to vacate as the building was being demolished. I met some interesting people and had so much fun and haven’t danced that much since. What are the chances of meeting Mitch?

This is one of many coincidences or a sacred contract that has happened to me in my life so far. There are many stories in my book ‘Where The F*ck Do Our Minds Go?” coming our December 6th, 2025. How many of these incidences have happened in your life so far? It amazes me every time because you couldn’t orchestrate the times when these things happen. Imagine form the time you were born and the time the other person was born, all decisions and experiences from both people that led them to meet at that particular moment. It blows my mind thinking about it.

Finally Bumping Into My Best Friend

How many times you ae thinking of someone and the phone rings and it’s them or you bump into them somewhere?  My best friend went overseas many years ago, I was trying to get her contact details with no success. One day I walked out to the front of my house and there she was with her mother about to cross the road where there was a school crossing. I couldn’t believe it and she was trying to find me as well. She was going over to the primary school to check it out for her children. What was the chances seeing her there and then at the time?

Have a look back at your lives this week. Have there been similar coincidences or soul contracts when you have met people out of the blue or incidences that are inexplainable?

Have a great week

Michael
