‘Where There Is Water, There Is Life.’
Where there is water, there is life. You are mostly water. Tend to whatever keeps you flowing.
Around 60% of you is water. You already know that when you do not drink enough, everything slows, your body, your mood, your thinking. Water is life, and you are mostly made of it.
Here is the deeper part. It is not only the water in your body that needs to keep moving. Your energy, your emotions, your days, they are all meant to flow too. When we dam them up, when we hold in the hurt, sit too long in the same worry, or stop doing the things that make us feel alive, we go stagnant. A still pond turns cloudy. A moving stream stays clear.
So gently ask yourself, what keeps me flowing? Maybe it is moving your body, or letting a feeling finally move through you instead of holding it. Maybe it is rest, or good water, or time with the people who lift you. And this is not a judgement, we all get dammed up sometimes.
Tend to whatever keeps you flowing. That is how you stay clear, and alive.
/What has gone a little stagnant in you, and what would help it flow again?/
